How to connect to a remote computer that's connected via SSL

0 votes
I have person that is working in a remote office that is not on our network. She is using SSL VPN to connect back to our network.

I am on our network and I used to be able to RDP into her PC, I was able to remotely manage her PC and also I was able to use Windows Remote Assistance to connect to her PC and work on issues she might run into. That was when we used Cisco VPN and a Secure Keyfob.

Ever since moving to SSL I can't access her machine at all.

Any idea on what we might do to make it so I can access it again?

This could have to do with not having a route to her PC.  This is a very complicated situation and is hard to determine without access to your network to do some basic troubleshooting steps.  Are you getting an error message when attempting to connect?  Searching Google for the error message is the best way to attempt to find a resolution to this issue.
