How to delete cookies permanently from the system?

Hi,

How to delete cookies permanently from the system?Every time i open the system the cookies are available and when i see my temp files there are lot of cookies ,how to delete it completly.

1,you can search on Google!

2,you can do it by yourself:

 

• control panel

3,you can ask others!

I think that you should unload it conpletely, or Reinstalled Windows.
